1. Pre-Arrival
Treatment Planning and Assessment
Rejuvenate Med offers customized treatment plans to our patients – tailored to meet all your needs and appearance goals.
Provide your basic medical information and photos: To begin, we’ll need to know about your health. The information we take is basic but thorough, so that we can help you decide if medical travel is the right option for you, let you know what to expect, and to answer all your questions. With your medical record and photos of treatment area, we will consult with our doctors and clinics to find the most appropriate treatment options for you to consider.
Based on your condition and your preferences, our medical partners will make recommendations and provide an estimate of how much the procedure will cost. All medical information is handled in a highly confidential way.
We can include accommodation, transfers, English, German or Arabic speaking patient host, and travel guide to your personalized treatment quote.
Book Your Treatment
After we inform you about the procedure details, it is time for you to decide the dates and the package details.
Once you approve your personal treatment plan you can lock in your quote and secure your place with our medical team by making a small amount of deposit payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
You do not need to decide the date of your treatment when making a deposit payment, you can have your treatment whenever you are available during a pre-determined time period.
Start Your Medical Journey Abroad
Once your decided treatment day is confirmed with the doctor’s availability you will buy your flight ticket and send us the flight information. We will then issue your itinerary.
A personal patient coordinator will organize your treatment and travel, all transfers and accommodation. 24-hour assistance is provided during entire stay for your comfort and convenience.
2. ARRIVAL & TREATMENT DAY
Your arrival and the first day
We welcome you to the most beautiful and cosmopolitan city of Turkey, Istanbul…
Your native speaking host will meet you at the airport with your name card and take you to your hotel to help you settle into your room. Any questions you have upon arrival will be answered and please let us know of anything else that can make you feel more comfortable.
We understand how anxious one can be arriving to a foreign country. Rest assure, even if your flight is delayed there will always be a team member from Rejuvenate Med to greet you when you arrive. We are flexible to your changing needs.
We know that you will likely arrive understandably nervous about your upcoming procedure. It’s suggested that you arrive at least a day before your consultation.
Rejuvenate Med will suggest what to do, where to see or provide tour guide services upon request.
Treatment Day
Together with your patient host, you will have your doctor consultation to confirm appearance goals and treatment plan. After necessary blood test are done, your surgery will begin.
3. POST TREATMENT & RECOVERY
After completion of your treatment, you will begin the recovery process by resting at the hospital and or hotel. A Rejuventate Med caregiver will be with you every step of the way to support you. Full 24/7 support is provided.
Final Check-Up
Aftercare is extremely important to the success of your surgery. After your treatment (Hair Transplant, Plastic surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, LASIK Eye Surgery) you will stay for the doctor recommended duration in Istanbul for your recuperation.
You can enjoy the city during recuperation until your final check-up time. We offer many vacation packages and tours to enjoy your leisure time and to experience beautiful Istanbul.
4. RETURNING HOME
After the final check-up with your doctor, you will be given aftercare instructions and approved to return home. This aftercare period is important physically and emotionally, and we stay in touch with you for as long as you wish, even after you return home. We will help with any questions you have or coordination between the medical teams in your home country and in Turkey.
It is important to Rejuvenate Med to stay in contact with you after your treatment to follow up on your recovery and ensure we exceeded all your expectations.
